Composite Panels for the DIY Camper Builder
Use the Best Materials
Welcome to the future of DIY camper construction! Composite panels boast a multitude of advantages over other building materials, making them the ultimate choice for building your adventure rig.
Our Story
At Boreas Campers we’ve been building offroad camper trailers since 2015. We know that campers built with composite panels are lighter, stronger, better insulated and longer lasting than their wood and aluminum equivalents.
Boreas Composite panels are what we use to build the toughest offroad camper, and we’re pleased to distribute these for DIY camper projects.

These panels consist of a 2mm FRP woven gelcoat skin on each side, sandwiching an XPS foam core. This lightweight but strong, rigid material weighs 1.6 lbs per sq ft. Panels are available in sizes up to 13' long, and 60" tall with custom sizes as well. Panels are available in raw format or CNC-cut to your design.
